	The AFVA Dispatch Office is currently recruiting new Dispatchers. The right candidate must be with the VA a minimum of 6 months, be at minimum a Stage 3 pilot and have a clean HR record. Dispatchers work with pilots putting together a route, updates on weather, fuel load and anything else needed to complete a flight. Once selected, the individuals must commit to at least 2 hours per month (preferably more) to dispatching flights. You must become very familiar with the dispatch client and manual and report any issues. Professionalism is paramount. Please submit emails of interest to myself at sorloff@afva.net
