Hello everybody.
One question...why don't create inside the pilot center one link fir the Crew Must Go, in order to make more realistic the Logbook ?
Why can you think about this ?

Could you explain what "Crew Must Go" is exactly? I'm not sure if I understand the concept. If it seems like a good idea, I will bring it up to the Senior Staff.

I'll try to explain.
I think that it seems more realistic to create a program in the pilot center, that permit to the pilots to make a CMG from the arrival airport into the new departure airport, when the airport it's not the same of the arrival, and to sign on the logbook with a diffrent color and to the INFO with CMG.
This don't modify surely the hours of pilot's logbook but I think will make more ralistic this one you don't find ?
I hope that this idea wille be appreciated...if yes I'm awaiting the promotion ^_^

Tnx a lot.

MARCO

I think that's not a problem to create in the section "select a flight" a box where can flagging, called CMG in order to select the regular timetable of AF, but flagging on the box CMG, in the loogbook you can see the regular flight chosen, but without hours logged and in the INFO box the information CMG...I think that's much more realistic.

Ah, I think I understand now! CMG is basically deadheading (when a pilot doesn't "fly" the aircraft but rather jump seats from their arrival airport to their next departure airport). And from what your suggesting this won't count as hours flown - because the pilot didn't actually fly - and will be colored differently in the log book to show this was a CMG rather than a flight.

Is this correct?

Personally, I do like the idea. I will bring it up to the Senior Staff and if they approve, I will approach our tech. guy and see if something like this is possible.
