It this 90-days minimum rule can be overrun i would gladly apply.

Federico, i am working on the basis that as the closing date for applications is the 4th May, you would have needed to serve your 90 days by this date, which seeing as you joined on the 30th January my belief is you would be eligible to apply as your 90 day service with us would be 30th April or thereabouts. But please don't take this as definate, if a member of Senior Staff could clarify this i think it would be ideal so that everybody who wishes to apply knows exactly where they stand on this matter.

The 90-day rule can be waived under very special circumstances. For obvious reasons, the position of ACP is one of leadership and therefore we do review all candidacies that meet the requirements of the position as of closing date.
