It is with great regret that I announce that Steve Orloff has requested to step down as Vice-President, Operations. He requested this move for personal reasons and after much soul-searching, Ryan Wilson and I agreed to his resignation.
As a result, we have decided to promote Roger Taylor, effective immediately, to the position of Vice-President, Operations with all the duties and responsibilities commesurate with this new position.
Steve will not be going far as he has requested to remain in the Operations area and so is now going to become the Director of Operations reporting to Roger Taylor.
Please join me in welcoming these two faces to their new offices.
