I have a quick question, I'd like to get my 50 state accomplishment back(recent transfer from DVA).

There were a couple flight pairs that were added(CVG-DOV-CVG) to DVA Historic to allow us to fly flights to Delaware since that was no longer serviced by Delta. AFV dosen't have the DVA Historic schedule and I didn't see any flights to Delaware. Would I just need to put in for a charter flight to fulfill this requirement for the accomplishment?

Hopefully that makes sense, let me know if there are any questions.
