All of the routes except the historic ones are missing. I noticed this 7 hours ago. The Pilot Center says we have 3202 legs available whereas it was some 15000 earlier. I have confirmed this with another pilot so I'm not the only guy. Can't fly frown

I think it is not fully restored as airports I have not been tab; I used to have 150+ airports for Delta Airlnes and I know have 3. Also, the list seems much much shorter to me

We have all the flights in the schedule, what list you on about?

If its the Airports to visit list, without sounding rude, which of course I am not trying to be, but my main priority is to actually have the schedules in the system so Pilots can still fly. Other issues like the list can and will be rectified when we have time.

Sorry if that sounded rude, but its not meant too.

It may not happen over night but it will be back to normal as soon as possible, may have to wait till after the weekend, as I have to go to a Funeral Tomorrow.

Gentlemen - in a nutshell, what we have done is apply a band-aid to an issue that we are still working on so as to not interrupt everyone's enjoyment of flying. When we hear comments like those above, it really does demoralize us and sometimes makes us question if we should even do a band-aid at all. The problem is not necessarily with our system but with our up-stream provider. Due to the nature of how tightly integrated our system is with the schedule feed, this can sometimes cause hiccups in the system.

We will get it fixed but unfortunately it's not something that we can do immediately as we all have real-world jobs or commitments to attend to as well.

I don't think Kerem was complaining at all, just pointing out something that he saw wasn't working like normal. In case you weren't aware of it etc.
Please don't think for a moment we don't appreciate everything Senior staff do to keep things running smoothly. Thanks again for getting our schedules back! smile

Yep, all I meant with my comment was to agree with Kerem so as to perhaps confirm that this is an across the board error. It was not meant to be in any way a complaint. I must say I marvel the work that the SS do to keep things running and on the rare occasion that things do go wrong its always amazing to see how fast the issue does get rectified even though it is all done in their spare time around RW commitments!

You may well have noticed this anyway, but the Airport List is back to normal, which is a shame really, I only need 7 Airports in the US to visit, now its fixed I need 163, oh well....
