i think that acars considers the weight of the pax carrier also if u fly the cargo, hence could happens a mismatch in the pireps .

You need to make sure you select 747-400ERF/ 747-400F and not 747-400 when flying the -400 freighter and if flying the -200 Freighter, to select the 200F- they are different in certain aspects to the passenger variants and are seperate aircraft in the ACARS system

Luca's right. The MLW of 630,000lbs which ACARS thinks is true for the 400F is actually correct for B747-400. For the B747-400F, its 652,000 lbs. As of right now, AF flies only the B747-400ERF which has a MLW of 666,000. And btw Luca, your flight is 23,000lbs over the MZFW.

so, what's the model to choose to fly the 747 pmdg freighter? 747F or 747ERF?

I am using 747-400 F version from them, I am not sure it will match with ERF
