	All - I'd like to introduce you to the newest member of staff. This recognition is bit overdue only due to oversight on my part. Please join me in welcoming Zach to the staff of the Baby Boeing program. He joins Alan and Gary in managing the 2nd largest program we have at AFVA. Zach joined AFVA in 2012 after flying for several other virtual airlines. He started in the ERJ-145 program and worked his way up to 747 captain before being hired as 737 Assistant Chief Pilot. Zach currently studies at his local high school, he plans to move to Norway after to pursue his dream of becoming a commercial pilot. Welcome aboard Zach!
