With the past troubles we've had with personnel receiving e-mail for flight reports, general e-mail, and NOTAM's, I'm beginning to wonder if Air France applicants are receiving the Welcome e-mail with the included link to take the placement exam.
Is there any way to check to make sure this is happening?
I ask, because in the past I've had applicants sitting in the que for days, sometime for over a week with no test taken.
That's not at all unusual here since we get a fair share on non-english speaking applicants that, if they are receiving it, may not even know what it says.
But, is there a way to check?

I cannot tell you if folks can actually see the e-mails we send. If I recall correctly, the e-mail isn't necessary to complete the questionnaire, only to validate the address. If they're not filling out the questionnaire, then it's not an e-mail issue.
As an FYI, I am receiving numerous bounce reports from charter.net with either "timeout" or "too many connections" error messages. It seems like your ISP's mail server is quite seriously backlogged.
Cheers!
