I have reached the 10 flights required to be ligible to pass the exam for the for F100 program,I also took and passed the A320 exam for the 1st officer grade,now I'am stuck and I don't know what the next mandatory step is...going for captain in the F100 or going for 1st Off. in the A320.

Somebody please,show me the way.

Its really up to you were you wanna go from there, what do you like to fly short or long hauls.
